We offer our Prime Custom Smoking services for caterers, restaurants, and individuals. We specialize in smoking meats in our Southern Pride pits built for producing award winning competition BBQ in authentic wood-fired ovens, that are designed specifically for large capacity production.
Whether you want on-site BBQ pits for festivals and/or your special event(s) requiring hundred of pounds of smoked briskets, pork butts, ribs, chickens or other meats we can meet your specific requirements.

You choose your meats, wood, rubs and sauces...we do the smoking and you get what you want when and where you want it.
There is a 50 pound minimum but NO maximum!
